Welcome to our new blog Dolls!

Thought we should get to know each other before the long haul.
I'll be working on the logo and will post doll cutouts - so you can download them and start cutting your own. Lets see how many paper dolls we can take to Vegas! All colors, paper, sizes and lengths (of course, like mom always says, "Bigger is Better")!
Post any training tips, ideas, pix or info about yourself and we'll meet in Vegas.

Can't wait to race at 2028 feet in that thick oxygen!

  1. Carley, this is AWESOME!!! I love it! Let's go girls and cut it up!! Oh ya, don't forget to run! So for anyone who wants to get to know me, I am the mother of 3 over-active, loud, and adorable boys. I think hair, any hair, any where, is way over-rated which is why mine is kept really short, and can be styled in less than 7 minutes. Do I run? Well, I do now! Yes, I am a runner and I actually like it.....in 2nd grade I participated in the "Run for the Roses" a 2 mile, cross country run with other elementary students and seriously thought I was going to die. Don't worry, I have improved a bit with old age. Well, that's all for now. I'll write later!!! run, run, run, run, run!!

  4. Carley- Great Idea!! I love it! :)
Hello all, just a little intro from the third Ezell girl... I am the baby sister to Carley and Carole. I will be flying in with our Mother (Brenda) from MO~ We are super excited and can't wait to meet everyone. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to run, get healthy, and best of all just be together!! I am the mother of 5, 2 little girls of my own and 3 step sons. I have 3 kids in my home, Tyler-15, Emmaline-5, and Charley-7 months. My oldest Kyle is 20 and is in the Marine Corps stationed in North Carolina and Zachary is 18 and lives in Phoenix with his mother. This is new, and we are missing him. My husband is a busy Major Crimes Detective with our Police Department, so most of the time I feel like a married single-mom. I am so grateful for Tyler and all the help he gives me. With that said I get little time to run, some days I run in my work clothes and just put on my running shoes! Every second counts!! I am ready to start cutting and running! See you soon dolls~

  5. Best idea ever to keep in touch before the race with this blog! I am a mother of two (Girl-3)(Boy-1) and I lost 50 pounds to run in the Wasatch Back Ragnar Relay and cannot wait for Las Vegas. It has been one of the hardest things that I have ever done, but the most rewarding! I am so excited for our team and our vacation. From what I have heard everyone is doing awesome! To those of you that I have not met, if you are related to Carole, the love is already there! She is one of my favorite people and that is all I need to know to love you guys! Good luck with training and make sure that you do the two a days and three a days, because it really makes a difference! Love to all!

  7. Greetings to all you great Dolls! I am sooo proud of each of you. I'm the mom! The three joys of my life have always been the Carley doll, Carole doll and Lucy Erin doll. These girls are amazing! those of you I have not met, hello! I can't wait to meet you. This is so exciting for me, I'm not in the running shape that you are all in, but wait till you see me drive!! I've tried to outrun every cop in Mexico, Mo. and a few from the state...then my daughter married a cop and I had to repent of my evil desire to outrun the red and blue lights! My cop son in law is awesome and I've had to eat all my jokes about police!! I have two other equally awesome son in laws and a group of grandchildren that are out of this world. I'm anxious to meet you other young women, I already know you are made of stuff that makes you trully outstanding! I will be proud to be associated with you. My blog name represents a doll that taught me everything I needed to know to become a good person ( I hope I am, some will tell you otherwise!). If you haven't, you need to read the stories of Raggedy Ann, what am I saying you don't have time to read, you have to run...so quit reading this and get going! Viva Las Vegas, here we come!! greetings to all, and everyone of you, kiss your spouses and thank them for supporting you in doing this race... see you all soon!! Raggedy..

  8. O.K. so Kendra and I just ran a little over 3 miles of Hills, Hills, and more Hills. Some were small and some were large, some were short and some were long, we did not run them with aunt Marge, we did not run and play ping pong! (Just thought that sentence needed to be finished Dr. Seuss style! and yes, Raggedy Ann is my mother) We had to stop and stretch a couple times but it was good. How is everyone else doing? If you haven't commented yet, it is time! Love you all, Townsy
(Kendra gave me that nickname tonight)

  9. 12.09 am!! I'm sure I taught you better than that! Hope every one has had a great Sept. 1. Getting closer, you're under the gun, be careful to get out there and run, run, run. go as far as you can, that's right the long haul, be watchful each step, no time now to fall, be ever so careful, don't forget to have fun, after all each and every one of you are one of the doll's. I'm trying to get crafty with these dolls. What do you think of vinyl dolls on the windows of the van? Carole, do you have an antenna on your van? Hey everyone, looking forward to Viva Las Vegas! Later, Raggedy Ann aka/MOM
